Job description

We are Accenture, a global professional services company, seeking a Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence Lead.

This role involves working within a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate finance, analytics, planning, and HR functions. Workday is a critical component of many cloud solutions we design, supported by over 2,000 certified professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead/support the Time Tracking/Absence workstream on Workday implementations.
  2. Create workplans for large, complex global engagements, managing risks, budgets, resources, and client relationships.
  3. Research and resolve daily Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues.
  4. Support new requirements and configuration updates in Workday.
  5. Manage support for Absence/Time Tracking processes, legal/regulatory reports, and year-end activities.
  6. Manage small onshore and offshore teams.
  7. Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations.
  8. Architect solutions ensuring cohesive work streams and considering cross-functional impacts.
  9. Advise clients on industry standards and best practices.
  10. Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
  11. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  12. Provide status updates to project management and manage stakeholder relationships.
  13. Support innovation with new methods and assets.

Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Workday Partner Certification
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience, preferably as a Sr. Consultant or similar
  • At least 2 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); if an associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in Canadian Payroll processing
  • Workday Canadian PATT experience
  • Strong US Payroll process knowledge
  • Knowledge of HR functions & processes
  • Experience with payroll software like ADP, SAP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Ultimate

  • California: $63,800 - $196,000
  • Colorado: $63,800 - $169,300
  • District of Columbia: $68,000 - $180,300
  • Illinois: $59,100 - $169,300
  • Minnesota: $63,800 - $169,300
  • Maryland: $59,100 - $156,800
  • New York/New Jersey: $59,100 - $196,000
  • Washington: $68,000 - $180,300
