Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and certified Workday Functional Consultant to join our dynamic digital solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge and implementation experience in one or more HCM modules and be capable of leading configuration, data transformation, and end-to-end project delivery in Workday environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to full-cycle Workday implementations for one or more HCM modules.
  
• Handle configuration, data conversion, and go-live support activities.
  
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design discussions with stakeholders.
  
• Build and test complex configurations based on client needs.
  
• Participate in or lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for successful project execution.
  
• Provide ongoing production support post-implementation.
  
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
  
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Workday certified in at least one HCM module.
  
• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the following Workday HCM modules:
  Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance
  
• Experience with data migration, EIBs, and Workday reporting.
  
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Proven track record in leading small to mid-size Workday implementations.
  
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  
• Experience working in global delivery models is a plus.
