The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team ensures customers maximize value from their Workday products through post go-live support, feature assessments, and deployment services, supporting their evolving business needs.

About the Role

We seek individuals passionate about helping customers overcome HR tech challenges and achieve high satisfaction. The role involves understanding complex concepts, facilitating collaboration, and delivering innovative services to optimize Workday investments.

• Experience influencing and collaborating with leadership

• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges vary based on location and experience. For Colorado, the range is $116,900 - $175,400 USD. Other US locations range from $111,100 - $197,300 USD. Details provided during hiring.

Our approach to flexible work combines in-office and remote work, with at least 50% of time spent in the office or with clients each quarter, depending on role.
