Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Workday Benefits Developer to lead the functional configuration, data migration, and testing for a major Workday deployment and seasonal readiness cycles.

You will consolidate benefit data from Dayforce and Namely, build benefit lines, and own the December Open Enrollment design and readiness. Strong data extraction, mapping, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workday Benefits Developer or Functional Consultant.
• Advanced data manipulation, auditing, and mapping skills.
• Experience with M&A data integration is highly preferred.
• Ability to meet tight regulatory and seasonal deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Benefits lines, plans, eligibility rules.
• Lead data migration from Dayforce/Namely into Workday.
• Design and execute functional tests and payroll validation.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to standardize configurations.
• Own Open Enrollment design and readiness for deployments.
