Job Title: Workday Benefits Administrator
The Workday Benefits Administrator supports the Workday team by providing day-to-day benefits administration and client support throughout the implementation and post-production transition process. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients during the hyper-care period, bridging the gap between a client's Workday production environment becoming available and the approval and activation of production benefit files with carriers.
The Workday Benefits Administrator is responsible for maintaining benefit enrollments on behalf of clients through manual carrier portal entry, ensuring enrollment information is entered accurately, timely, and in accordance with client requirements. This position collaborates closely with Client Managers, Workday implementation teams, EDI teams, carriers, vendors, and other internal partners to research and resolve enrollment discrepancies and ensure a smooth transition to automated carrier file processing.
This is a full-time exempt position. General hours of operation are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm with some flexibility to support clients throughout the continental US. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required during peak periods.
The salary range for this position is $45,000–$50,000 annually.
