Job summary

SiriusXM is hiring a Workday Benefits & Absence role to maintain configuration, reporting, and compliance across Benefits and Absence modules. You will partner with People Operations and Payroll to ensure accurate benefits administration and efficient leave processes.

The ideal candidate has strong Workday experience, ACA know-how, and a track record in data integrity and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports bi-annual releases and SOX guidelines to safeguard processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday Benefits and Absence configuration experience.
• Workday Core HCM configuration experience including business processes.
• Experience configuring ACA administration within Workday.
• Experience with full-cycle Benefits Open Enrollment.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and security model.
• Experience with EIB data loads and Excel (PivotTables/XLOOKUP).
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily system support for Workday Benefits, Absence Management, and other P+C systems.
• Configure and support Workday Benefits including plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment events.
• Configure and support ACA administration within Workday and ensure compliance.
• Configure and support Workday Absence Management including leave plans and accruals.
• Support small to mid-sized projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Payroll to improve processes and data quality.
• Provide guidance on Benefits and Absence processes to colleagues.
• Utilize Workday reporting to design, build, and maintain reports.
• Triage requests through the ServiceNow HRSD system.
• Participate in Workday bi-annual release testing for Benefits and Absence.
• Understand SOX compliance guidelines related to security and workflows.
• Contribute to change management for People Technology systems.
• Ensure data quality through regular maintenance and audits.
