Job summary

SiriusXM Radio, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Workday Benefits and Absence Configuration Specialist to optimize benefits administration and leave processes.

You will configure benefits, ACA rules, absence management, and run Open Enrollment, delivering accurate data and compliant workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years with Workday Benefits, Absence, and reporting, plus strong collaboration with People Operations and Payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday Benefits and Absence configuration experience.
• Workday Core HCM configuration and business process management experience.
• Experience configuring ACA administration within Workday.
• Experience with Workday reporting and EIB data loads.
• Eligibility rules and Open Enrollment handling experience.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily system support for Workday Benefits, Absence Management, and other P+C systems.
• Configure and support Workday Benefits including life events, enrollment, and Open Enrollment.
• Configure and support ACA administration within Workday.
• Configure and support Workday Absence Management including leave plans and accruals.
• Support small to mid-sized projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to achieve objectives.
• Provide guidance to People Operations on Benefits and Absence processes.
• Utilize Workday reporting to design and maintain reports.
• Triage requests through the ServiceNow HRSD system.
• Evaluate new system functionality and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to change management of People Technology systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through audits.
