Job summary

SiriusXM Radio, Inc. is seeking a Workday Benefits & Absence Analyst to configure and support Benefits, Absence Management, and ACA within Workday. You will deliver Open Enrollment, ensure data integrity, and partner with People Operations to improve processes and reporting. Strong Excel and SOX awareness are required.

You will also manage reports, assist with system testing, and participate in bi-annual Workday releases, contributing to a compliant, efficient HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Workday Benefits and Absence configuration experience.
• Workday Core HCM configuration including business process management.
• Experience configuring Workday Benefits, Absence, and ACA administration.
• Experience with full-cycle Benefits Open Enrollment, testing and validation.
• Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily system support for Workday Benefits, Absence Management, and other P+C systems.
• Configure and support Workday Benefits, including plans, eligibility rules, and life events.
• Configure ACA administration within Workday, including eligibility and reporting.
• Configure and support Workday Absence Management, including leave plans and accruals.
• Triage requests via ServiceNow HRSD and implement approved solutions.
• Support small to mid-sized projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Operations to improve processes and data quality.
• Develop and maintain intermediate Workday reports and dashboards.
• Participate in bi-annual Workday release testing for Benefits and Absence.
• Understand SOX guidelines and contribute to change management efforts.
