Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a qualified Workday Benefits & Absence Configuration Analyst to optimize benefits administration and leave processes. You will configure benefits plans, eligibility, life events, enrollment, and ACA-related workflows, collaborating with People Operations and payroll teams.

The role emphasizes data integrity, issue resolution in ServiceNow, and participation in bi-annual Workday release testing. Legal right to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday Benefits and Absence configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday ACA administration and enrollment testing.
• Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
• Ability to configure and support full-cycle Open Enrollment events.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily system support for Workday Benefits and Absence Management.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment events.
• Configure ACA administration, testing, and reporting validation.
• Support Workday Absence Management including leave plans and accruals.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams.
• Triaging requests via ServiceNow HRSD and delivering compliant solutions.
• Participate in Workday bi-annual release testing for Benefits and Absence.
