Job summary

SiriusXM is hiring a People Technology & Reporting Analyst to configure and support Workday Benefits, Absence Management, and ACA administration. You will partner with People Operations, Payroll, and Total Rewards to ensure accurate benefits processing and compliance, while driving data integrity and process improvements across systems.

The role focuses on delivering Open Enrollment, robust reporting, and efficient troubleshooting within a mature Workday environment.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday Benefits and Absence Management.
• Experience configuring ACA administration within Workday.
• Experience delivering full Open Enrollment cycles.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
• Experience with Workday security model and data loads.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily system support for Workday Benefits, Absence Management, and other P+C systems.
• Configure and support Workday Benefits, including plans, eligibility, events, and Open Enrollment.
• Configure and support ACA administration within Workday.
• Configure and support Workday Absence Management and related processes.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Payroll to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Triage requests via ServiceNow HRSD and ensure data quality.
