Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center seeks a Product Lead for Workday Analytics & Security to guide reporting, analytics, and security across the organization. You will own the roadmap, design scalable Workday solutions, and ensure proper access to workforce data, partnering with HR, IT Security, Finance, and Compliance.

The role leads reporting strategies, builds executive dashboards, and promotes self-service analytics to support operational and executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Workday experience, with strong expertise in Reporting and Security.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, Report Data Sources, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security, data governance, privacy, access controls, and segregation of duties.
• Experience owning reporting roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and delivery while serving as a hands‑on Workday SME.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM in a large, complex, multi‑entity, or unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reporting & Analytics product strategy and backlog, ensuring standards for report development and lifecycle management.
• Design and optimize complex Workday reports, dashboards, and KPIs to deliver actionable workforce insights.
• Develop analytics solutions for workforce planning, headcount, turnover, and payroll data.
• Ensure Workday security practices with role, domain, and access controls in partnership with IT Security and HR leadership.
• Oversee releases and regression testing, ensuring data quality and governance across the reporting stack.
