Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Yonkers, NY seeks a Product Lead for Workday Analytics & Security to serve as SME and product lead for Workday reporting, analytics, and security across the organization. Hands-on leadership for design, governance, optimization, and support of Workday reporting and analytics, ensuring appropriate security and access to workforce data.

Drives roadmap, standards, backlog, and scalable solutions supporting operations, workforce, and executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, HR, business, or analytics.
• 7+ years of Workday experience with strong reporting and security.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including dashboards, calculated fields, and security.
• Experience owning reporting roadmaps and delivering hands-on SME leadership.
• Experience with large, multi-entity Workday HCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday reporting and analytics product as SME.
• Deliver the Reporting & Analytics roadmap and manage backlog.
• Establish standards for report development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, and HR leadership on access and risk remediation.
