Job summary

Montefiore Einstein is seeking a Product Lead for Workday Analytics & Security to drive reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization. You will lead design, development, governance, and optimization of Workday reporting, analytics, and security solutions, partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Lead the roadmap and backlog, enforce enterprise standards, and deliver self-service analytics and trusted workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, HR, analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of Workday experience with reporting and security expertise.
• Experience owning reporting roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery as a hands-on SME.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME and product owner for Workday Reporting and Analytics.
• Deliver the Reporting & Analytics roadmap and manage backlog, priorities, and technical debt.
• Define standards for report development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Evaluate new Workday capabilities and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Design and optimize complex Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards.
