Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center seeks a Product Lead for Workday Analytics & Security to drive reporting, analytics, and security platforms across the organization. Lead design, governance, and delivery of scalable Workday solutions with strong focus on data quality and access controls.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, Data & Analytics, and business leaders to translate requirements into enterprise Workday capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience and strong reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security, data governance, access controls, and SDOT.
• Experience owning reporting roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and delivery as a hands-on Workday SME.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM in large, multi-entity environments.
• Experience managing consultants, implementation partners, or vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reporting & Analytics roadmap, backlog, and governance for Workday.
• Design, develop, test, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Develop workforce analytics, KPIs, and data governance for enterprise HR metrics.
• Provide guidance on Workday Security and access controls across reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT Security, Compliance, and leadership to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
