Job summary

Plante Moran seeks an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of reporting across the Workday platform in a collaborative, security‑minded environment. You will shape data strategy and partner with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable insights.

The role emphasizes SME level expertise in Workday reporting tools, data modeling, and governance, with ownership of the Prism Analytics roadmap and downstream integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Workday reporting and analytics strategy (standard reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism Analytics, and related data products).
• Serve as the SME for Workday reporting tools and the Workday data model; define standards, architecture, data definitions, and governance.
• Translate business reporting needs into scalable Workday solutions and a prioritized delivery roadmap.
• Lead Workday data extraction and downstream consumption (RaaS, APIs/integrations), optimizing performance, volume, and security constraints.
• Own the Prism Analytics roadmap (use cases, sourcing, transformations, and lifecycle management) and support delivery across deployments and releases.
• Provide technical leadership: documentation, mentoring, complex issue resolution, and alignment with integration, security, and compliance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying current on Workday capabilities, best practices, and industry trends; build and maintain a peer network.
