The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR analytics, deep Workday Prism Analytics expertise, strong SQL, and experience with Power BI/Tableau. On-site collaboration with HR Tech, Product, and Data teams is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a closely related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Workday reporting and Analytics, including complex and custom reports.
• Must have deep hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong SQL experience for data extraction and manipulation across multiple sources.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau or other enterprise BI platforms.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, reporting standards, and data definitions.

Aufgaben

• Lead cleanup and optimization of 3,300+ Workday reports and establish reporting governance.
• Support complex, custom, and composite reporting needs with advanced insights.
• Review, recommend, and implement HR data governance, security, and access practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to interpret reporting requirements and drive improvements.
• Mentor analytics team and promote best practices across the function.
• Integrate Workday data with SAP and Redshift for accurate data flow.
• Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards and KPI reports.
• Present data insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
