Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to own the reporting ecosystem within People Analytics. You will architect, implement, and scale Workday reports and dashboards, establishing company-wide metric definitions and reducing manual data manipulation.

You will report to the Senior Manager, People Analytics, and work in NYC with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days). Base pay ranges from $101,844 to $133,670, with benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing Workday reporting and dashboards with complex calculated fields.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures and governance implications.

Responsibilities

• Productize, scale, and maintain Workday reporting dashboards for HR stakeholders.
• Lead monthly/quarterly leadership dashboards and automate self-service options.
• Design and deploy dashboards tailored to People team needs and business leaders.
• Maintain a centralized, searchable Report Catalog and uphold data definitions.
