Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Reporting Senior Principal Consultant to lead our Workday Reporting and Analytics practice, designing and implementing solutions using Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and related analytical tools in support of Workday implementations.

You will mentor other consultants, conduct customer sessions to analyze requirements, develop complex reports and dashboards, and participate in business development activities to expand client partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience with Workday implementation and/or post-production support with Report Writer and Prism Analytics.
Experience with Accounting Center and Office Connect, especially for financial reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage customer expectations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Execute day-to-day activities of a Workday Reporting Consultant.
Serve as an expert with knowledge of current functionality and future direction.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet requirements.
Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.
Engage with customers to analyze requirements and transfer knowledge.
