Job summary

LSU New Orleans is seeking a Workday Training & Organizational Change Manager to lead education, organizational change management, user adoption, and documentation for Workday and related administrative systems.

The role collaborates with HR, IT, Finance, Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, and executive leadership to implement a comprehensive training and change strategy for successful adoption across faculties and staff, including major releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience developing and delivering organizational training programs.
• Experience developing instructor-led, online, and blended learning environments.
• Experience designing instructional materials utilizing adult learning principles.
• Experience managing organizational training initiatives and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the university's comprehensive Workday training and organizational change management strategy.
• Partner with leadership and IT to identify training needs and develop learning initiatives.
• Develop organizational readiness plans for new Workday functionality and processes.
• Create instructional materials including job aids, SOPs, user manuals, and eLearning modules.
• Coordinate campus-wide change management activities associated with Workday releases and initiatives.
