Workday Administrator – HRIS & Analytics Lead

Job summary

MTN Global seeks a Workday Administrator to serve as the technical steward of our global HRIS. You’ll own daily administration, security modeling, and reporting, collaborating with the implementation partner to deliver effective solutions.

This on‑site role in Fort Lauderdale requires 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into system changes. You will report to the VP of Human Resources and partner across HR, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience administering and configuring Workday HCM.
• Strong expertise in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Matrix/Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
• Hands‑on Experience with Workday Security administration (RBAC & UBA).
• Proven proficiency in building and running mass data loads via EIBs.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework (BPF).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration of the HRIS platform (Workday).
• Manage user security roles, system access permissions, and data privacy compliance.
• Audit data regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR modules.
• Serve as the primary internal lead and bridge between business teams and the vendor.
• Collaborate with the partner to translate requirements into system solutions during implementation and post‑go‑live.
• Coordinate data migration, verification, and user acceptance testing during initial deployment.
• Design, build, and run routine and custom HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Develop executive dashboards that visualize key metrics and ensure data integrity.
