Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation helping government agencies modernize with secure, reliable cloud infrastructure. We are hiring a Workday Administrator focused on Payroll, Benefits and Talent, owning configuration, data integrity, and support.

You will collaborate with other Workday admins and the HCM Manager to ensure a reliable, audit-ready environment and drive improvements across processes and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes, condition rules, and notifications for Payroll, Benefits, and Performance/Talent.
• Administer Workday security changes, including role/user-based groups; perform access reviews.
• Create and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards for day-to-day needs.
• Perform data audits, validation, reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass updates per data standards.
• Monitor Workday releases; analyze impact, configure, test, and coordinate UAT.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training for the area.
• Manage day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
• Assist audit requests related to Workday configuration, access, reports, and HR data.
• Build and configure BP and notifications for Payroll, Benefits, and Performance/Talent.
• Process routine configuration requests for Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.
• Run Payroll/Benefits data audits and remediation; partner to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Payroll and Benefits.
