Job summary

Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead client engagements and delivery teams, applying industry and technical experience to build solutions for planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

You will design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, manage integrations with ERP/HRIS/CRM, mentor staff, support business development, and stay current with product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL, with data integrations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, reporting needs and KPIs.
• Manage engagements as the solution lead, guiding model design, security, reporting, and planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including OfficeConnect and scenario planning.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
• Lead integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms to bring data into planning models.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting for greater financial insight.
• Manage risks, issues, and client expectations throughout engagements.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and mentor team members; support business development and thought leadership.
