Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join our expanding Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements, guide delivery teams, and help shape the practice while delivering high-value client outcomes.

You will design, configure, and implement Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations, driving financial insight and performance for diverse clients in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting required
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
• Experience with design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning

Aufgaben

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, and KPIs
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations
• Oversee data integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Manage project risks, timelines, and client expectations
• Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to methodology improvements
