Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice in the United States is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, to support ongoing application management for Workday Adaptive Planning and help clients maintain a stable, scalable planning environment.

You will work with a team on governance calls, assist with enhancements, and monitor integrations while traveling about 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience, including post-implementation enhancements and incident resolution.
• Ability to travel ~25% based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates, reporting changes, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancements and configure Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Support release and environment management activities and documentation.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with clients.
• Monitor integrations and data processes, including HCM integrations and data loads.
