Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to drive global Workday Adaptive initiatives from discovery to deployment. You will identify business requirements, design processes, prototype solutions, and lead client work sessions to ensure cohesive, cross-functional delivery.

You will bring at least 3 years of consulting experience in a Lead or similar role, plus hands-on Workday Adaptive experience and Workday Partner Certification. Travel may be required as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, in a Lead or similar role.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive experience.
• 3+ years of US or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and perform functional design and prototyping for Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Lead client workshops and education sessions.
• Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements with clients.
• Architect Workday Adaptive Solutions ensuring cohesive cross-functional impacts, using Accenture methodologies.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies to projects.
