OpenAI is seeking a People Technology Analyst focused on Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits. You will own end-to-end configuration, ongoing support, and improvements for US and international programs from day one, collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, and Engineering to deliver reliable employee experiences.

• Hands-on Workday configuration across Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits.
• Experience owning Benefits config for US and international programs.
• Ability to translate complex policies into maintainable system designs.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday configuration and improvements for Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits and the connections to leave, time worked, and eligibility.
• Design and maintain absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and time-entry workflows for a global workforce.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure data flows into payroll and investigate data issues.
• Lead open enrollment readiness and integrations with benefits vendors.
• Drive cross-country configuration changes and implement new country rollouts.
• Document configurations, test changes, and ensure post-launch reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to build automation and AI-assisted workflows.
