Job summary

North Central Texas College is seeking a part-time Work Study student to support United Way and CCUW initiatives on a campus-community collaboration. The role is off campus, up to 19 hours per week, with pay of $16.00 per hour.

You will assist in program organization, outreach, reporting, and event coordination under supervision. Responsibilities include supporting social media efforts, coordinating ticket sales for events, and assisting with clerical tasks and program administration.

Must be people oriented and able to multi-task.
Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing programs including campaign presentations, volunteer outreach, reporting, and award letters, etc.
Help with social media such as; Website, Facebook and Constant Contact
Provides staff support for CCUW Initiative programs (United We Read, Day of Caring, Stuff the Bus, Kids Care, etc.)
Provides staff support for the campaign (reservations and ticket sales, chamber events, agency fairs, other community events) and member of the Power of the Purse committee
Performs other general clerical duties (copying, faxing, filing, mailing, compiling and tracking data, procuring office supplies, assembling information packets and other general clerical duties as needed)
Assists Executive Director with Pacesetter Program
Attends community programs representing United Way at community and chamber events
Other items deemed necessary
