Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a Work Study Tutor Student Employee for the Liberal Arts Speaking & Writing Center. The role supports students with individualized academic assistance and explains concepts clearly in a respectful, confidential manner.

You must be enrolled in at least 6 credits, maintain a 2.0 GPA, and comply with weekly hour limits. The position is on Main Campus with a 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. window Monday through Thursday during spring and fall terms.

Qualifications

• Student must be currently enrolled in 6 or more credit hours for fall and/or spring semesters.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.

• Explain complex concepts clearly to students.
