Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking a Part-Time Site Facilitator to support daily operations at the Summerlin Center and Western Tech sites. You will greet visitors, assist students with enrollment, provide campus information, and support proctoring and tutoring initiatives.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team across multiple campus locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Superior customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support at CSN Summerlin Center and CSN Western Tech sites.
• Greet and direct visitors including students, staff, faculty, and community partners.
• Assist prospective and current students with enrollment inquiries.
• Provide information on campus resources.
• Provide technical assistance and classroom support.
• Coordinate with campus security to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with special administrative projects, semester prep, and test proctoring.
• Use MyCSN and other systems to support site operations.
• Participate in cross-training and assist lab techs at the site.
• Support early college programs and campus tutoring services.
• Respond to low-level complaints and route to site coordinator.
• Assist with test proctoring inquiries and services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
