Fallon Campus is recruiting a student employee (Work Study) to support department operations, administrative tasks, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide general office and administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Assist staff with projects, events, and day-to‑day departmental tasks.
- Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain organized workspaces and ensure resources are stocked and available.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in at least 6 credits each regular semester and a degree‑seeking program.
- Maintain a 67% completion rate in the last enrolled semester and a 67% cumulative completion rate.
- Maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Have not exceeded the maximum number of credits allowed (90) or received two degrees, or be on an approved appeal and on probation with an Academic Plan.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Work Study funds awarded based on FAFSA eligibility are required.
Eligibility (Summer)
- Enrolled in at least 6 summer credits.
- Or successfully completed the spring semester and enrolled in the required 6 credits for the fall semester (summer enrollment not required).
- Meet all Satisfactory Academic Progress Requirements listed above.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
- Student Employee – Level 1: $12–$15 per hour.
Schedule
- Full‑time equivalency (50%) – 20 hours per week.
- Availability may vary and is subject to change based on organizational needs.
- Students may not work during scheduled course times.
- Students may not work more than 20 hours per week (Sun–Sat) during academic periods while enrolled.
- Students may not work more than 28 hours per week (Sun–Sat) during break periods when not taking courses.
