College of DuPage is seeking a Work Study and Outreach Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of the student work-study program and promote financial aid opportunities. The role serves as the primary contact for students and departments, coordinating placements, funding, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include developing outreach materials, tracking hours, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the broader Student Financial Assistance team.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and collaboration with students, faculty and staff.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to explain policies clearly to students and staff.
• Familiarity with student employment or financial aid processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the student work-study program, including fund allocation and coordination with campus departments.
• Provide outreach to students about work-study positions, eligibility, benefits, and applications.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of work-study opportunities.
• Act as primary contact for students and departments in the work-study program.
• Track student work hours and ensure compliance with program regulations.
• Assist with promotion of financial aid programs and resources.
