Penn State University is seeking two or three current undergraduates for a Federal Work Study Office Assistant position for the 2026/27 academic year. The role is in the Ritenour Building, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with up to ten hours per week.
Starting wage is $12.00 per hour. Preference given to Eberly College of Science students. Applicants should attach class schedules, resumes, and cover letters and be prepared for background checks and on-campus or remote arrangements

Federal Work Study job performance is evaluated either annually or through ongoing mentorship. Students who received a Federal Work Study award have the opportunity to obtain a job and perform related duties either on campus, or remotely, if possible and at the discretion of the employer. Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
