You will design and deliver both onsite ad-hoc training and formal classroom sessions at the company learning center, and develop and edit course materials using a variety of tools and media. The role conducts training needs analyses across Electric Operations, coordinates and schedules sessions, communicates with internal and external customers to identify program opportunities, and

• Instruct business users to effectively use WMS applications.
• Develop and edit training materials for onsite and classroom delivery.
• Deliver onsite ad-hoc and formal classroom training at the learning center.
• Perform training needs analyses across Electric Operations.

• Participate in functional testing of WMS applications throughout the lifecycle.
