Job summary

Con Edison is seeking a Project Specialist for the Work Management System (WMS) Training Team at the Eastview Service Center in New York. You will deliver onsite and formal classroom training, develop materials, and analyze training needs to enhance program outcomes.

The role requires strong presentation skills, independent work habits, and the ability to manage multiple training projects across Electric Operations. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Associate's Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience.
• Master's Degree and 2 years of work experience (preferred).
• Experience with curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and formal classroom training for WMS applications.
• Develop and maintain training materials, objectives, outlines, manuals and resources.
• Coordinate training sessions and manage development milestones.
• Perform training needs analyses across Electric Operations groups.
• Mentor instructors and partner with customers on training needs.
