Exelon is seeking an experienced Work Management professional to prioritize, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and projects across the BGE operations portfolio.

You will drive resource sharing, ensure alignment with safety and performance goals, and monitor key performance measures. The role requires strong communication, planning, and leadership to support a high‑performing, diverse team in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant utility business experience or 6–9 years without a degree.
• Strong scheduling skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel throughout BGE service territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead meetings.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Execute and monitor Work Management policies, programs and processes.
• Drive resources, schedule optimization, and alignment with financial goals.
• Monitor performance measures and ensure adherence to processes across operations.
• Lead or co-lead work screening and liaise with multiple departments.
