Job Title: Work Innovation Program Manager

Initial Assignment Length:Fixed for Dec 31, 2025, but may be extended depending on business need

Work Location:Fully Remote

Work Schedule:Full Time Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule (Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by the manager)

Travel Requirements:None

PR Range:$60/hr - $70/hr on w2

Manager Notes:

We need someone who has driven change projects and programs in global teams. We believe tech would be ideal just because we have our restrictions and are absent from others that certain industries have. When I say a systems thinker, I am thinking more about how parts of programs and processes come together systemically, parts of a whole. We would love someone with some operations chops, as well. We dont need someone who does business process reengineering or lean methodology or anything like that, but someone familiar with operational design and implementation.

  • Has led programs in international rollouts, able to manage working globally with different time zones
  • Organized
  • Can confidently manage stakeholders

Focus areas:

  • Systems thinker - able to slot into place how everything fits together and able to see the overall picture/process
  • Operations experience - improve how processes fit together
  • Change management - flows down to this from operational execution to ensure stakeholders are kept informed and aware of any changes to ensure alignment.

Job Description:

We're looking for a contract Program Manager to join our Work Innovation team and help drive meaningful changes across our systems, processes, and employee experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, systems thinking, and change leadership and who's excited to help shape the future of work.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Change Initiatives: Partner across teams to plan and execute change programs that improve how we work, ensuring alignment, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.
  • Design & Improve Systems: Collaborate with our systems team to streamline workflows, connect tools, and enhance the employee experience through automation and low-code solutions.
  • Operationalize Innovation: Translate strategic ideas into actionable plans. Help connect initiatives across workstreams and ensure measurable impact. Drive Process Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve internal operations and support the rollout of scalable, efficient practices.
  • Support Global Collaboration: Work across time zones and functions, bringing empathy and structure to complex, distributed change efforts.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Develop crisp, compelling communications strategies that help teams understand whats changing and why.

Education:None, as long as the candidate has the required/equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or change management ideally in environments focused on employee experience, digital transformation, or workforce enablement.
  • A systems thinker with a strong grasp of process design, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones, with an appreciation for the nuances of change at scale.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms, workflow automation, or employee experience tools is a plus.
  • Bonus if youve worked alongside People, IT, or Innovation teams.
