Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join a global team supporting consumer product initiatives. In this role, you'll take the lead on developing and evaluating promotional strategies across international markets. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to uncover insights, craft intuitive data tools, and help shape the direction of key business activities through data storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze promotional efforts and performance metrics to determine areas of success and improvement
  • Independently manage data analysis projects, from structuring raw data to delivering business recommendations
  • Design and deploy custom reporting tools and dashboards to support internal teams
  • Transform analytical findings into compelling visual presentations that influence strategy
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable tools to streamline recurring tasks

Key Initiatives:

  • Conduct trend analysis to understand the impact of various sales and marketing initiatives
  • Build data visualization tools to help field teams track performance
  • Deliver executive-ready insights that clarify business performance and guide decision-making
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve existing workflows and reporting systems

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in data analysis, insights, or a related function
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or a similar discipline
  • Certification in project management (PMI or PMP) is advantageous
  • Candidates must be located within commuting distance of the assigned office and able to work during Pacific Time hours

Ideal Background:

  • Prior involvement in consumer sales, retail strategy, or category performance analysis
  • Comfort working independently, handling large datasets, and delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and marketing teams
  • Talent for simplifying technical data and communicating key takeaways through visuals

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum of 3 years using business intelligence platforms to develop custom dashboards and performance reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years using advanced spreadsheet tools to dig into datasets and uncover insights (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas)
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting product categories or consumer-focused business lines

Additional Strengths:

  • Skilled in SQL for querying and manipulating structured data
  • Strong capability in designing presentation materials that clearly convey complex information
  • Financial fluency, particularly around campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Demonstrated track record of creating value through data-driven decision support
