Typical daytime work hours, Monday thru Friday, with some flexibility in schedule.
Major Responsibilities:
Consults and partners with the business to effectively analyze and prioritize organizational learning/development needs for assigned revenue cycle areas. Performs gap analyses to inform the creation of quality programs, materials, and alternative learning and development solutions to build leadership/team member capability and effectiveness.
Develops, executes, and facilitates learning curriculum/programs in alignment with client and organizational needs.
Challenges the status quo by designing and implementing innovative and inspiring learning solutions that meet diverse learning needs.
Responsible for program management (including marketing, facilitation resources, program budget) to support strategic learning priorities (i.e., onboarding for team members/leaders, leadership coaching, physician leadership/high potential development, emerging leaders, and other team member professional development).
Partners and research externally to benchmark, evaluate best practice standards and determine comprehensive learning solutions that are consistent with principles of adult learning, achieve intended impact and participant satisfaction.
Collaborates with key stakeholders and cross-system teams to identify learning needs, develop strategies, determine , and implement solutions and support individuals to act in their respective roles to facilitate cost effective and impactful development opportunities.
Responsible for managing vendor relationships including leveraging expertise to influence decisions, determining agreements, and challenging the status quo.
Evaluates the effectiveness of learning strategies/programs/solutions, assesses the impact on the business, and utilizes this information to make decisions (i.e., improvements, modifications, etc.).
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Education Required:
Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or related field .
Experience Required:
Training and development, leadership, organizational development, HR consultation or related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Knowledge of best practice learning and development methods, research and strategies applied in large organizations.
Effective group facilitation and internal consulting skills.
Skills in research, developing sound proposals, and demonstrated ability in the successful implementation of programs.
Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports to move toward common goals and outcomes.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, management, physicians, and team members at all levels. Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and with a wide range of audiences consisting of different generations, cultures, and learning styles.
High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of leadership performance standards, organizational development, and quality improvement principles.
Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often-ambiguous environment.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This position is fully remote but could require the occasional travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Exposed to a normal office environment.
