This role involves strictly inbound donor calls with no solicitation, no outbound dialing, and no prospecting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Six (6) or more months of remote customer service experience, or at least one (1) year of onsite customer service experience.
• A professional and welcoming phone presence.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities.
• Comfort following scripts and structured processes.
• The ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• A dedicated and quiet home workspace.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements Experience and Qualifications
