Job summary

Zohorecruit invites individuals to join an independent-contractor role delivering inbound donor support from home. You’ll select available servicing hours, follow structured scripts, and accurately process pledges for established nonprofit campaigns.

We are seeking reliable, professional individuals who canoperate independently, follow structured procedures, andaccurately assist donors.

This Is Not a Sales or Solicitation Position

All donor calls are strictly inbound.

You will not:

• Make outbound calls
• Cold-call potential donors
• Search for prospective donors
• Sell products or services

Donors call voluntarily after responding to an establishednonprofit campaign. Your responsibility is to answer the callprofessionally and accurately process the donor's pledge orcontribution.

Requirements

Technical Requirements

Before servicing, contractors must have:

• A Windows 11 computer
• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended
• A USB headset with noise cancellation
• Wired high-speed internet
• A direct Ethernet connection
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace

Dual monitors are recommended.

MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connectionsare not permitted.

Compensation and Scheduling

• Contract rates generally range from $13–$15 per hour
• Earnings may depend on the campaign and performance
• Campaigns may offer servicing intervals throughout the dayand night
• Contractors select from available servicing intervals
• Continued access to campaigns depends on reliability,attendance, quality, and performance
• This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity, not a traditional employee position
• Required certification must be completed before servicing
• Available hours are not guaranteed
• Campaign availability may change
• Contractors are responsible for managing their schedules and meeting accepted commitments
• Eligibility may depend on experience, location, equipment, background requirements, and certification results
