We are seeking reliable, professional individuals who can operate independently, follow structured procedures, and accurately assist donors. This Is Not a Sales or Solicitation Position All donor calls are strictly inbound.

You will not:

• Make outbound calls
• Cold-call potential donors
• Solicit donations
• Search for prospective donors
• Sell products or services

Requirements Basic Qualifications

Technical Requirements Before servicing

• A Windows 11 computer
• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended
• A USB headset with noise cancellation
• Wired high-speed internet
• A direct Ethernet connection
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Dual monitors are recommended.
• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted.

Benefits Compensation and Scheduling

• Contract rates generally range from $13-$15 per hour
