Tarrant County College seeks a Coordinator for Work-Based Learning to oversee daily operations of the Academic Affairs work-based learning program at the South Campus. This role manages budgets, directs outreach, and liaises with faculty, students, and local employers to advance experiential learning.

Responsibilities include staff training, partnership development, student tracking, and reporting to improve program outcomes. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri with occasional extended hours as needed.

Formación

• Master's degree and three (3) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the department or program
• Monitor budgets and lead outreach efforts
• Develop training for businesses, faculty, and students in work-based learning
• Track student placements and outcomes to meet program criteria
• Coordinate partnerships with employers and institutions
