Job summary

Tarrant County College District (TCCD) seeks a Coordinator of Work-Based Learning to oversee daily WBL operations within the SO Academic Affairs department at South Campus. The role includes budget oversight, program direction, and active community outreach to forge employer partnerships.

Responsibilities include training stakeholders, tracking student outcomes, and collaborating with faculty and deans to improve processes. Some evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and three years' related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in work-based learning or related program management preferred.
• Experience coordinating internships, apprenticeships, or employer partnerships.
• At least two years using technology applications, data systems, CRM, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the work-based learning program with staff, students, and employers.
• Track program metrics, budgets, and compliance with policies.
• Lead outreach and partnerships with employers and community organizations.
• Develop training for businesses, faculty, and students on work-based learning.
• Monitor content and communications, and produce program reports.
