Job summary

Northern Wyoming Community College District seeks an Administrative & Work-Based Learning Coordinator to support the NWCPP consortium, coordinate employer engagement, and align workforce needs with educational pathways. The role involves advising students, matching them to internships, and collaborating with school districts and partners to expand experiential learning.

The position is in Sheridan, full-time, in-person, with a focus on BAS degree pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, workforce development, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with CRM and student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NWCPP meetings, events, career fairs, and other key gatherings.
• Engage employers and workforce partners to grow internships, job shadows, and experiential learning.
• Maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, and schools for program success.
• Manage WBL employer database and track student outcomes and participation.
