Qualifications

• Proven ability to establish formal industry partnerships and coordinate work-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work-Based Learning (WBL) for all SHS students and connect industry partners with students.
• Coordinate internships and externships with RI's Enroll RI program.
• Lead and manage Career and Technical Advisory Boards and industry panels.
• Attend meetings with state agencies (RIDE) and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with counselors to ensure ILPs include workplace skills reflections.
• Support data collection and provide quarterly WBL and ILP data reviews to staff.
