Dauphin County Technical School is seeking a dedicated Work-Based Learning (WBL) Coordinator to connect students with meaningful cooperative education, internships, and job-shadow experiences. You will foster employer relationships, educate partners about CTE, and collaborate with instructors to align real-world placements with student training and career goals.

• PA Cooperative Education Certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in career counseling, workforce development, or employer relations (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and coordinate work-based learning experiences across CTE programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers and community organizations.
• Visit students at job sites to monitor progress, compliance, and safety.
• Ensure alignment with PDE’s Cooperative Education Guidelines.
• Coach students in employability skills, job search strategies, and career planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation, employer agreements, student work records, and ensure program compliance.
• Collaborate with school counselors, instructors, and administration to support CTE pathways.
