Job summary

Lynn Public Schools seeks a Work-Based Learning Manager to coordinate college and career readiness initiatives across its high schools in Lynn. You will partner with the Innovation Department, Early College Coordinators, counselors, teachers, and community partners to develop Career Pathways Programs and work-based learning experiences.

• Associate's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to offsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work-based learning experiences with district partners.
• Support recruitment of student opportunities and employer engagement.
• Maintain records and paperwork for the Executive Internship course.
• Liaise with school counselors, teachers, and community partners.
• Facilitate career speakers, site visits, internships.
• Attend off-site meetings with community partners.
