Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a program leader to provide employability training and oversee the Work-Based Learning (WBL) program for students in Mississippi. The role emphasizes active student participation in on-the-job training, transportation support, and monitoring competencies to improve outcomes.

You will conduct outreach to WBL sites, establish MOUs, and ensure documentation integrity while guiding staff and students toward program goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications preferred.
• Must possess a valid in-state Driver’s License and meet the Company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with employability training leading to full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training.
• Oversees Work-Based Learning program ensuring students actively participate in on- and off-Center on-the-job training.
• Provide students with transportation services and evaluate student competencies.
• Conduct community outreach to established WBL sites and MOUs.
• Ensure integrity of student WBL documentation.
