Denver Water is seeking a Work Planner to oversee maintenance planning and scheduling of physical plant assets. The role involves using CMMS for data management, coordinating with vendors, and conducting site visits to ensure efficient operations. Position Summary
Under general supervision plan and schedule maintenance of fixed assets in support of section and personnel. Create, maintain, and plan the asset registry and preventive maintenance systems in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Process and coordinate the daily work order requests. Perform site visits to all facilities to scope, plan, and schedule the proper number of personnel needed to perform jobs as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Water Distribution: Provides a variety of administrative and field functions related to work planning and scheduling including, but not limited to:
o Data entry and work order management in Maximo. This may include specialized work associated with landscape and roadway restoration including site visits, contractor coordination and quality control.
o Assembly and distribution of Daily Lineup and On-Call lists.
o Coordination of maintenance and capital project outage planning, construction, commissioning, startup, and training with WD Operations. As required, attendance at project coordination meetings.
o Procurement of traffic plans and permits, Coordination of work with right-of-way inspectors.
o Project scheduling of WD maintenance crews.
o Coordination and recordkeeping related to lead service line replacement activities. This may include initial customer contact and notification, pre-construction inspection and job planning, customer coordination, and customer consent forms.
o Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
