Project Scheduler - Electric Utilities - REMOTE WORK

This REMOTE role supports projects in Electric Utility Design and Construction, including Transmission and Distribution Substations and Lines across the Northeast U.S. Candidates should have experience with Electric Utility Transmission and Distribution Projects.

Preferred candidates are located in the EST Time Zone (UTC-4), as daily meetings may be scheduled as early as 8 AM EST. Multiple positions are available for Entry, Mid, or Senior levels.

Responsibilities Include:

• Data Entry and Maintenance in Primavera P6
• Schedule Monitoring and Progress Tracking
• Generating and Presenting Schedule Reports
• Resource Management and Allocation
• Support in Risk Assessment and Mitigation
• Collaboration with Project Teams and Attendance at Meetings
• Ongoing Learning of Primavera P6 and Scheduling Best Practices
• Adherence to Scheduling Standards and Industry Best Practices

Level-specific Requirements:

Senior: 5+ years in scheduling or 7+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Mid-Level: 2-5 years in scheduling or 5+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

Entry-Level: 0-2 years in scheduling or 2-5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing as per regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Electric Utility Transmission and Distribution Projects
• Experience managing small teams
• Relevant professional certifications
